New platform connecting the international event industry

The new BOE INTERNATIONAL online platform “BOE connect” builds on the established “RoadToBOE” online offering which got off to a great start last January on the date the fair was originally planned to get underway. After launching for German-speaking audiences, the platform now also offers international visitors and interested parties an online space to meet up and interact. In the run-up to the physical trade fair next year, exhibitors now have the opportunity to present themselves to their target audiences early, with BOE connect offering companies of all sizes from Germany and beyond a unique chance to present themselves and their propositions to – and establish contacts with – a sizeable interested market all year round ahead of the fair. Trade visitors from the event industry, too, can log in to discover more about key trends, developments and product highlights.

BOE connect offers key features for networking and interacting. The video media library contains exciting, up-to-the-minute panel discussions and group interviews, with a news ticker pulling together key industry news and a host of regular exclusive offers and features just waiting to be discovered. The BOE connect platform is now an integral part of the trade fair offering.

Company directory – companies and products in an attractive setting

Thanks to the new “Business” company directory, exhibitors have their own online platform for presenting their product and service line-ups to optimum effect. Indeed, all the companies, partners and associations in the sector that are registered on the website are listed here. Visitors can search for individual exhibitors or filter the line-up by the familiar categories used at the physical fair. Profile pages offer information on the relevant company, the respective product and company highlights, and of course contact details for getting in touch. Companies can also provide a picture gallery with their products and services and offer further insights via corporate and product videos. Using the social media icons, visitors can follow their favourite brands directly to stay totally up to date. There is also a host of direct links to companies‘ online stores or product web pages.

The company directory gives visitors an informative one-stop overview of famous-name providers in the industry and, via the profiles, a concise summary of all key information.

BOE connect complete with newsroom and media library:
keeping people informed and entertained throughout

Another highlight of the BOE connect online platform is the “Knowledge” area – a BOE archive containing a variety of video talks and articles on experiential marketing. In this way, the varied supporting programme, which already got underway at the beginning of the year with “RoadToBOE” and regularly addresses all aspects of the event industry in exciting talks with various experts, companies and industry insiders, is now moving up a gear. All program content will remain available for download under the “Knowledge” heading.

The “News” section offers all the latest news and information in the event industry. In addition, trade visitors can find out all the latest on the fair plus information on new features, as well as the opportunity to download video streams from the platform. Free up-to-the-minute information on the latest video highlights, trade show news, exhibitors and special promotions is available via the BOE Newsletter and the trade fair website.
